Who we are
We are an independently-owned and operated physical therapy service in Loudoun County, Virginia. Owner/operator, Willie Ching, PT, DPT, NCS, has been a physical therapist with almost 20 years of experience, specializing in the field of rehabilitation of people with neurologic, orthopedic conditions and cancer. We strive to offer our clients the best value that you can receive in the most comfortable and convenient place - your home.
We heard our past patients tell us if we can see them at their home, only to be turned away due to reimbursement/insurance issues - inpatient vs outpatient vs home health - and nothing in between. Often times, patients are discharged from therapy because insurance will not pay, or was told they have met their "maximum potential." Quite a few patients just stopped coming to therapy because "no one will take (them)." Still, others like their therapist but due to conflict of interest with the insurance and their employers, they cannot be seen outside of their place of employment. With the current health care system, third party payers make it harder and harder for patients and providers to mind their health care needs with high deductibles and co-pays, and limited visits each year, as well as dictating to patients that "they had enough care already." It is time for patients and providers to take the middle man out and take matters into our own hands.
Thus, "PT In Place" was established. We exist to help people "meet their safe and pain-free mobility needs where they need it most - their home." We believe that people heal best and faster when they are in a comfortable and familiar environment, where each person's habits and needs are unique and specific. We strive to offer the most personalized physical therapy care and fitness needs based on your distinctive capabilities and surroundings, in your own terms.
